After you've chosen the location of your home, we will carry out an inspection to advise you on the feasibility of the site based on the size and style of your new home preferences.
Once the location is selected, we work with you to design your new home. Bring us your plans or work with ours. When you build with Paramount Home Builders, we will ensure there are no issues with regards to design, and/or services that may affect obtaining a Building Permit.
From the permits to possession, you can expect quality workmanship, frequent on site supervision, personal involvement, open communication and flexibility that afford you the opportunity to modify your home as it evolves. You will be guided through the process of making selections for all internal and external home materials, colors and design elements.
Prior to your possession date, you will meet with a Paramount team member on site to do an inspection of the home. Together you will note any deficiencies or seasonal work that may not be complete. We will review all aspects of the finished product to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
